How to Run a JNLP File At a Local Folder Location #11

Description

I am trying to use FunStart to run a tool that depends on JWS. We did not create this tool, and we have no control over it. It is pushed down from a website (normally powered with JWS), but it does not have a link that ends with ".jnlp"

The FunStart GUI does not accept a link without the ".jnlp" ending. It does not accept a folder path directly to the JNLP file (it seems to think a colon is an illegal character).

Is there any way around this?
