Changelog mismatch #43

Hello,
Can you double check the CHANGELOG.md and releases section of github? The latest release and version number in the npm registry is mismatched from what is published in those areas by 2 version numbers.
In addition, is there plans to follow semver standards? IE features bump the minor version, fixes bump the patch version, and breaking changes/initial release bump the major version?
