Figure out how to serve list of online rooms

• Can we use the signalling server used in Netflux?
• Should we run our own backend? GraphQL perhaps? 😛
• Or what about a distributed approach where everyone is connected to a permanent group, used only for distributing room information? I.e. we will have two groups in total when creating an online room – the permanent and the room group.

If we want to collect stats such as 'total games played today' a custom backend is needed.

I've implemented a rudimentary p2p gossip protocol using a scuttlebutt CRDT. Currently it trusts all peers and does not handle room removal. See 48c1c45

I will research https://github.com/dominictarr/epidemic-broadcast-trees as an alternative to scuttlebutt (the gossip protocol+database), as scuttlebutt seems to be no longer maintained in favour of scuttlebutt-secure (which is something else entirely 🤷‍♂️ and requires a local server running outside of the browser because of crypto-stuff).
