Typescript fork with additional features

Hi, I've forked this library, rewrote it in Typescript, merged pending PRs and implemented several new features including support for different ScrollViews (for example from 'react-native-gesture-handler').

Hi @darkbasic , yes I will continue maintaining this library, there were some delays but hopefully everything will be smooth from now on, and yes you can create PR's.
