Switch does not disconnect on power failure

I came across an issue when the power plug cut from power while it was ON. It stayed ON in HA until it got the power back and then turned to "Unavailable" for a minute before going back to the state "ON" where it was before the power cut.

I was expecting it to report "Unavailable" instantly HA so that my other sensors based on it and the automations around it should react accordingly. All of that failed due to this issue.
