Device Configs for Ballu Mica, Eternal Flame, and Morento Space Heaters

Hi there. I got the above-referenced devices fully functional in Home Assistant leveraging custom device configs with the Tuya Local integration. Amazon pages and Tuya product names from Tuya dev portal are:
