Description
On filter.html "filter by identity" does not currently work.
Identity filters should show colleges with the highest (to lowest ?) reviews for the given identity filter
Disability-friendly should be an average of Accommodation friendliness, accommodation difficulty, accommodation reliability, and outdoor accessibility, and indoor campus accessibility overall ratings
