The Story of Ebisa Jemal Yuya”
Tone: Emotional, humble, and inspiring
Platform: YouTube / Facebook
[Voiceover Script]
(Soft, emotional music begins — the sound of wind, maybe birds from a countryside morning)
Narrator:
In the quiet heart of Oromia, in a village called Deraku, Habro, Western Hararge — a boy named Ebisa Jemal Yuya was born.
Born to Jemal Yuya and Miskiya Abdalla, Ebisa grew up surrounded by love, faith, and the warm embrace of family. With two brothers and six sisters, his childhood was filled with laughter, shared dreams, and lessons about life that only a close-knit family can teach.
(Soft transition — gentle music builds)
But like many great journeys, Ebisa’s path was not meant to stay still.
After completing grades 1 through 8 near his family, he took a brave step — leaving home to continue his education in Gelemso. It was not easy. The distance from family was heavy, but his determination was stronger.
In the classrooms of Gelemso, he discovered something powerful — that education is not just about learning facts, but about discovering purpose.
(Pause, hopeful tone rises)
Through every challenge, Ebisa carried with him the values his parents taught: hard work, kindness, and belief in oneself.
Years later, that perseverance led him to one of Ethiopia’s proudest places of learning — Haramaya University.
A new chapter. A new dream.
From the small village of Deraku to the university gates of Haramaya — a journey written with courage, faith, and love.
(Music swells — uplifting crescendo)
Today, Ebisa’s story is not just his own. It’s the story of every young person who dares to dream beyond the horizon.
He reminds us that no matter where we start, our roots are our strength — and our dreams, the wings that carry us forward.
(Soft close — music fades into a gentle piano)
Narrator:
This is the story of Ebisa Jemal Yuya — a story of love, learning, and limitless hope.
