The [Migrator](https://github.com/makeplane/helm-charts/blob/2ee447e8dd22cacc37b84f91f2f8a1de76667754/charts/plane-ce/templates/workloads/migrator.job.yaml) job and [rabbitmq](https://github.com/makeplane/helm-charts/blob/2ee447e8dd22cacc37b84f91f2f8a1de76667754/charts/plane-ce/templates/workloads/rabbitmq.stateful.yaml) does not set memory requests or limits, and get stuck in OOMKilled loop if the defaults are too low.
