Need help setting SSL / HTTPS. I get ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I followed https://developers.plane.so/self-hosting/methods/docker-compose#install-community-edition. I think it all worked.

But when I visit the URL. I get
This site can’t be reached
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Did I missed anything in the plane.env?
