[bug]: Initiatives Properties incorrectly shows 0 Epics

Current behavior

When looking at the Initiatives Properties tab, I see 0 Epics in the Epic field for the Initiative. However, when scrolling down to the Scope Breakdown section of the Initiative, I see all the Epics correctly linked to the Initiative. Sometimes the Epic field under Properties updates to the right number, but often reverts back to 0 soon after.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to "Properties" tab under Initiative
2. See "0 Epics" populate the Epic field incorrectly
