Feature request: Show county flag

Thank you! The app currently relies on the basic ipify API, which doesn’t provide geolocation information, so this isn’t possible at the moment. We would have to use another service that includes this data.

I gotchu! A service that provides the geolocation is ipinfo.io:

It doesn't provide IPv6 details I believe (Although I can't test it since I don't have IPv6 support), but it should be useful for when the user keeps IPv6 off. Hope this helps, @maksimowiczm :)

Considering you are interested in only the country flag, I recommend using IPinfo Lite.

@abdullahdevrel There is a problem here, though. $TOKEN means the user will have to get an API token, which I believe the owner does not want to force on people (like, "Get a token to use this app"?).
Regular ipinfo.io is free and contains the country code and IPs you need for a seamless experience. Still, we'll see what happens when the owner adds Swappable IP providers. :)

Tokenless access is limited to 1,000 requests per day per unique IP address, and includes city information as well.

A project-specific token (which you can share with anyone) allows for unlimited requests of country-level information. After signing up, the project owner will receive their own project-specific token and be able to share it.
