Issues not Being Resolved Despite Closure #226

@angelotheman

I want to address some significant issues regarding the companies listed in the README file. After reviewing the issues section, I've noticed that many of my concerns have been raised, discussed, and then closed without any meaningful resolutions.

Here are some pressing points:

  1. Many companies fail to communicate with candidates about the status of their applications, which leaves us in the dark.
  2. Despite claiming to seek new writers, these companies frequently reject nearly all applications.
  3. The list would be much more helpful if reorganized—not alphabetically, but by companies that are actively hiring. It should be clear when a company is open to new technical writers.
  4. Additionally, several companies on the list are not hiring at all.

As new technical writers, many of us rely on this page for inspiration and to enhance our chances of landing a job. However, the current clutter has led to disillusionment and burnout among hopeful candidates. A more structured and transparent approach would greatly benefit everyone involved.
