How to run this project, there are two folders but when I try to run this there is an error stating
A problem occurred evaluating project ':app'.

Could not find method implementation() for arguments [directory 'libs'] on object of type org.gradle.api.internal.artifacts.dsl.dependencies.DefaultDependencyHandler.

How are we interacting the front and the back ends together
