Bad user experience on runtime error #573
Description
Is a a problem with the compiler, it should never have tried to run that query.
However, once it did decide to do that, the user experience is awful.
I'm going to fix the compiler so the offending code gets a compiler error.
We should also figure out how, when there are runtime errors to do something better than this
