Allow specification of an IP range to scan for #10
Description
In addition to using WebRTC to enumerate the user's IP addresses on all of their interfaces it may also be beneficial to allow manual specification of IP addresses or ranges to scan. This is relevant with certain modems that have to exist on 192.168.1.1, etc.
