The Parquet format is not just for files, but for .parquet folders as well. This is how partitioning is implemented. In historic November, 2020 wrote the mother of all Stack Overflow answers about Parquet performance optimizations in Python and Parquet Performance
. pqrs should support partitioned Parquet files in folders.
