Github links should include docker image name

The link is https://clt.manticoresearch.com/?test_path=test%2fclt-tests%2fcore%2fboolean-simplify.rec&branch=issue-1045&failed_tests%5B%5D=test%2fclt-tests%2fcore%2fboolean-simplify.rec

but it doesn't make much sense with the default docker image. It should include the docker image pushed as a result of the workflow (e.g. ghcr.io/manticoresoftware/manticoresearch:test-kit-issue-1045 in this case)

Fix in this pull: #116

To inject into CI, we should merge it, TAG with a new release, and update accordingly. docker_image=... should set the image to run.
