suggest add full zip binaray for windows.

now the installer is a small binaray, which download other files during the installation and doesn't support proxy server. it will fail if user connect to via proxy server.

the files it needed including https://repo.manticoresearch.com/repository/manticoresearch_windows/release/x64/manticore-6.0.4-230314-1a3a4ea82-x64-main.zip
