Add Single Crystal Elastic mode to DNS Reduction GUI

DNS users and instrument scientists need Single Crystal Elastic data reduction workflow to be incorporated into the DNS Reduction GUI.

The Single Crystal Elastic mode will be submitted in several steps in order to ensure reasonable PR sizes and reduce the workload for the reviewers. The following steps are anticipated:

• 6) Add advanced plotting capabilities to the main skeleton of the GUI
