Reconstruction: Disable Invalid Projection Correlation Angle Pair Ranges

Current Behaviour

If a pair of correlation angle pair ranges are not available within +/-2 degrees in the drop down, a warning will be returned to the user on selection.

Instead of allowing a user to select a range that is not possible, we should disable/grey out invalid ranges to limit a user selection to valid ranges only based on available angles.

Desired Behaviour

Only available correlation angle pairs should be selectable in the Reconstruction Window COR and Title tab drop down based on available angles in the dataset.

Importance of Feature

Improves user experience by preventing invalid selection of correlation pairs for a given dataset
