I am running in a Docker container on a Windows machine. I can upload a model with 1 or more files no problem, and initially it works without issue. The files show up on the model page, I can preview and download them. But if I go back and check again some time later, the model still shows in Manyfold, but when I try to access the files, I get a "Load Error" on preview and when I try to download a file, I get a download.htm file along with an error message that reads "Site wasn't available". If I check in my models folder configured in my library, I see the files there so it looks like they were uploaded successfully on initial import. I am using the default model path template settings of {tags}/{modelName}{modelId}. I tried to "Rescan all models" to see if that helped, but now I see an error in my model that reads "Path does not match the template" There's a button to click to Organize Files but when I click it, it spins for eternity. Here's an error in the log when I try to download one of the files: `2025-12-26 18:41:59 23:41:59 rails.1 | [45a2aeba-0528-4e21-8ae4-f7f0e84b4348] {"method":"GET","path":"/models/72vqzth71x79/model_files/g1rk7smd8sv1.stl","format":"stl","controller":"ModelFilesController","action":"show","status":500,"allocations":8371,"duration":14.57,"view":0.0,"db":4.04,"@timestamp":"2025-12-26T23:41:59.062Z","@Version":"1","message":"[500] GET /models/72vqzth71x79/model_files/g1rk7smd8sv1.stl (ModelFilesController#show)"} 23:41:59 rails.1 | [45a2aeba-0528-4e21-8ae4-f7f0e84b4348] 23:41:59 rails.1 | [45a2aeba-0528-4e21-8ae4-f7f0e84b4348] Shrine::FileNotFound (file ".manyfold/7514794a3467f0e1f4eabd8859606bf9.stl" not found on storage) 23:41:59 rails.1 | [45a2aeba-0528-4e21-8ae4-f7f0e84b4348] Caused by: Errno::ENOENT (No such file or directory @ rb_sysopen - /usr/src/app/tmp/shrine/.manyfold/7514794a3467f0e1f4eabd8859606bf9.stl) 23:41:59 rails.1 | [45a2aeba-0528-4e21-8ae4-f7f0e84b4348] 23:41:59 rails.1 | Information for: Shrine::FileNotFound (file ".manyfold/7514794a3467f0e1f4eabd8859606bf9.stl" not found on storage): 23:41:59 rails.1 | [45a2aeba-0528-4e21-8ae4-f7f0e84b4348] 23:41:59 rails.1 | [45a2aeba-0528-4e21-8ae4-f7f0e84b4348] app/controllers/application_controller.rb:155:in 'ApplicationController#send_file_content' 23:41:59 rails.1 | [45a2aeba-0528-4e21-8ae4-f7f0e84b4348] app/controllers/model_files_controller.rb:30:in 'block (2 levels) in ModelFilesController#show' 23:41:59 rails.1 | [45a2aeba-0528-4e21-8ae4-f7f0e84b4348] app/controllers/model_files_controller.rb:25:in 'ModelFilesController#show' 23:41:59 rails.1 | [45a2aeba-0528-4e21-8ae4-f7f0e84b4348] 23:41:59 rails.1 | Information for cause: Errno::ENOENT (No such file or directory @ rb_sysopen - /usr/src/app/tmp/shrine/.manyfold/7514794a3467f0e1f4eabd8859606bf9.stl):` If I navigate to the model directory in a file browser, I see the model present under \models\new\ball-python#51\eyes.stl. |

This is a known problem I'm trying to fix at the moment. However, as an interim measure, in the latest release I included some startup code that should fix the affected files. So if you restart the container hopefully you will then find they work. Hoping I get the underlying problem solved soon! |
