Request to Add Explicit License to Repository

Hello @maorshutman, thanks for sharing this LM implementation. I noticed that there is currently no licensing information included.

Could you please add an explicit license (for example, via a LICENSE file or README update)? This is just to avoid any ambiguities.

Without an explicit license, the code is technically “all rights reserved,” which makes it difficult to use or contribute safely.
