Enable two finger scroll only

Hello, I'm trying to setup a MapBox view inside another scrollable view, and want to set it up so that the scrollable view scrolls with one finger, and that the map in theh MapBox view scrolls only when two fingers are used. 

Is there a way to do this with the gestures API?
