Mount and encrypted drive to be able to use on website

I have looked for a few years now for the ability to mount encrypted storage (let's say family specific) on Google Drives and wanted to be able to rclone mount those encrypted drives and be able to use them on a website (family site...as an example) use like a workers.dev system.  You are surely as close as I have gotten.
