In which way is this project vietmap-compose related to your project. It looks like a clone but is not a formal fork of it. It's also listed on klibs.io which makes it a bit confusing. |

Looks like a fork, yeah. I think klibs will list anything that's published to Maven. There's another fork on there too. Seems like this VietMap is providing a map tile server, similar to many others, and rebrand the MapLibre SDK as the "VietMap SDK"? As far as the code goes, that's perfectly okay and allowed by the BSD license, though it'd be nice if they give credit to MapLibre and this project. |
