Azerbaijan Railways / issue with location and naming

My name is Fidan Mammadova, and I am writing to you on behalf of Azerbaijan Railways. I would like to inform you that the map installed in our trains is a product of your company. Currently, we have a series of questions, and neither our IT team nor our partner Passengera can intervene.

3. When the train is not in motion, the map should display the territory of Azerbaijan; when the train is in motion, it should show the precise current location. Currently, various cities in Russia are displayed.
   Geographic names must appear in English, Azerbaijani, and Russian. In other words, when a language is selected in the interface, the place names on the map should update accordingly. Currently, names are shown in a mix of Azerbaijani and English, the language selection does nothing, and some names appear under incorrect abbreviations.

maplibre-gl-js is the client side rendering engine, while there is the style and the tiles that defines how to draw the map. For the names you see on the map it is up to the tile provider that you are using to tell you how to style your map to show only names that are selected in the user interface language. Moreover, this is not part of this library and there's a need to maybe use the global-state to define the language and change it when the user changes the selected user interface language.

In order to better help, a minimal reproduction is needed, which was not provided here.
