Noob: How maps are rendered

Hi everyone, please consider me super new into this project plus shallow knowledge on how maps are rendered and how this sdk works.

Questions:

1. Let's say we have downloaded vector map for a small region, we can use maplibre-native to render to mobile app, what to ask how to process is done.
2. How does navigation library work on top of it?
3. Past a year I have been coding with swift and swiftui so I would like to know if this library would work for it-> Mostly no -> That's fine however could someone guide me here. It's just that I love SwiftUI so I would like to have that
