Create legal disclaimer for the documentation

This issue is not fully solved. The disclaimer added in the PR is basically just a copy of the the Disclaimer from Majas D4D Tools which are a different project. I added in my initial comment that this could be a good starting point but of course, the Disclaimer needs some text adapatation to the actual purpose of this repository and its contributors.
