Metadata describing mappings and crosswalks play major roles in the Findability and Reusability of the mappings and crosswalks. We recommend to adopt the following SSSOM metadata elements as mandatory metadata to describe the mappings and crosswalks:

- Metadata elements for Findability:

1. Author
2. Creator
3. Reviewer
4. Date of creation of this version
5. License
6. Source and target SAs‘ IDs
7. Mapping method
8. Software used to create the mapping (if any)
9. Specific types of SA that are mapped
10. Source term and target term label
11. Source term and target term ID
12. Mapping predicate

- Metadata elements for Reusability:

1. Accuracy score
2. Version
3. License
4. Context
5. Justification
6. Clarification of the rationale of this mapping
7. Source and target SAs’ NAME
8. Version of the SAs
9. Mapping method

Ok, then I would rephrase the original text a little bit to make that clear.
Eg. "We recommend to adapt the following metadata elements to describe mappings and crosswalks. Mandatory elements (for both mappings and crosswalk?) in bold text." or something like that.

From meeting @jkesanie suggests we should have a single table rather than separate lists by FAIR letter. I agree.

If looking at the list carefully, you will find that there is almost no overlaps between the finablility and reusability except for license and mapping method. We could, though, put this list into a table.
