Please check the Config Details and the App that you have registered. Be sure the app should used same package name and SHA256 Signing config in Android and Bundle Id and Team Id in IOS.

If you still facing the issue can you please share the SDK version that you are using?

package name and SHA256 are same checked thoughly, still getting this issue, in flutter

we are also facing this issue with both versions 2.0.0 and 2.0.1 . Will be good to see this investigated.

we were able to workaround this by downgrading back to v1.2.0

@sudhakarg hi, thanks for the fix, but how do i get the keys , right now we where able to download a.conf and a.olf file to add mappls map but in v1.2.0 we have to use

MapplsAccountManager.setMapSDKKey(MAP_SDK_KEY);
MapplsAccountManager.setRestAPIKey(REST_API_KEY);
MapplsAccountManager.setAtlasClientId(ATLAS_CLIENT_ID);
MapplsAccountManager.setAtlasClientSecret(ATLAS_CLIENT_SECRET);

these keys explicitly where so i get this?
