Add ability to track tasks as a "manager" or "admin" 

Needs ability to see tasks still open/in progress/etc as well as how long x task has been open. Would also be nice for managers/admins to be able to set x timers to see tasks that are over a certain SLA period or something of that nature. If we do add that, could we somehow make that an API endpoint so that managers can export that to dashboards or even on our Engagement Dashboard?
