Party management

The apps can connect to each other, but there's no usernames, avatars, etc making it hard to know who did what.
We should add a party-context that manages the state of the party member, it should also show a little crown over the avater of the currently connected person, and finally when someone has sent a route in the queue we should show a little ✅
