How to use with Azure B2C?

SimpleAuthentication does not directly support Azure B2C, but you can easily combine this authentication provider with the ones that are supported using something like this: https://github.com/marcominerva/MultipleAuthenticationProviders. In that case I'm using Microsoft Entra ID, but the idea is the same.
