Update dependencies and OpenAPI schema handling

Updated NuGet packages to latest patch versions, including Microsoft.AspNetCore.OpenApi, Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.SqlServer, System.Text.Json, and BenchmarkDotNet. Improved OpenAPI schema reference construction in DefaultResponseOperationFilter and DefaultResponseOperationTransformer by passing context.Document. Adjusted .editorconfig to relax accessibility modifier enforcement for non-interface members.
