Consider adding a way to adjust figma.js FileImageParams

Would be nice to have a way to adjust FileImageParams that get used in the fileImages function in core. For instance the parameter svgSimplifyStroke is true by default in figma.js which leads to some svg exports being broken.

Hi @Kypsis! Can you please share a repro Figma file? I want to double-check if we can achieve the same with the SVG transformer (svgo).
