What export CAM_SIZE should I set for 128GB Disk (model y 2021)

1. I also want to record full long drivers like 6/7 hours (ARCHIVE_RECENTCLIPS= true) or what ever it can fit in 126GB disk
2. also want to save couple days worth of sentty and saved
3. setting it to CAM_SIZE=64G vs 32G vs 110G? which is best for my model y 2021, I am on 2025.44.25.4?

Also I have 110G set and it stops recording after an hour or so, its not continuously record my entire long drive over an 1hr.

What exactly do you mean by "save couple days worth", and how many sentry and manually saved events do you expect to get during those couple of days?
A 128 GB SD card will hold up to 15 hours of recordings, so if you want to go a couple of days before archiving (e.g. a road trip), then you should probably get a bigger SD card.

If it actually stops recording, then something is wrong with your setup. Based on the sizes you mentioned, I would expect it to keep recording, but delete footage older than an hour, and that is because with 110G CAM_SIZE on a 128G SD card there is no room left for snapshots, and snapshots are what enables more than an hour of RecentClips recordings. This is why the sample config recommends to use the default 40G setting.

The car will always record while driving. ARCHIVE_RECENTCLIPS only controls whether those recordings will be archived to your server when you get home.
