Clicking the legend on the Jobs widget on the dashboards home page sorts the graph accordingly , give it a try its great

The same is true for Activity and Storage by client on the Clients page

Always keep a copy of your passphrase , you wont be able to import an encrypted repository without them , they can also be exported via the API with /api/v1/repositories ... ?include_secrets=1 to also return the decrypted passphrase (requires Display Secrets token).
