Store marshalling/technical licenses for members, show in event view #52

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
An event coordinator needs to know what kind of licenses each assigned member holds, so they can give them the right specific task for a race, such as race director, technical director, track chief, etc.
Describe the solution you'd like
A few drop-downs or radio buttons on the member profile page showing
- License for race director tasks A-D (judge, observer, etc)
- License for technical tasks A-C (safety inspection, weighing, etc.)
- Maybe also current kart license: none, rookie, national, international
Describe alternatives you've considered
Just write it in profile comments
Additional context
This works well enough. Maybe this detailed info only needs to be shown for the coordinator, but if it can be compact (one letter per three columns) it doens't matter.)
