Incorrect value for "Funktionär på Tävlingsdag"

Enligt beskrivningar på hemsidan borde "funktionär på tävlingsdag" generera värde "2" för guldkort
Nu genereras värde "1". Om detta stämmer överens med en policyändring ifrån styrelsen, vänligen ignorera detta.
