feat: update td to v0.37.0 — kanban board view, form autofill, status categories

- Kanban board overlay (V) with fullscreen toggle (f)
- 7 columns with per-column scrolling
- Form autofill for Parent Epic and Dependencies
- InProgress/PendingReview status categories
