"main" worktree agent-shell status tracking

First of all, thanks again for creating sidecar! This is the best development environment I've ever used and I've been doing this stuff a really long time, lol

I have not (yet!) embraced the worktree/workspace workflow, so I generally just do my work in the main worktree.

But I'd really like to be able to track the status (Active/Thinking/Waiting/Ready) for "agent" (e.g., Claude) shells that I spawn from the main worktree. (Right now, they all just sit in the "shells" column)

I'm starting to work on a feature PR for this, but before I get too far down that road, wanted to be sure that I wasn't missing something obvious or taking the project in a direction inconsistent with your vision.
