Hi!, curious if I could configure a shortcut for restart kernel and run all?

You can enter the command mode (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/GmjPFi5XSj8)

Or manually set it in keyboard shortcuts:

(User Settings -> Editor -> Keymap)
