Audio monitoring does not work with Easy Effects running

I use pipewire, and when Easy Effects runs (even with it disabled), SongRec is unable to get audio. If the app is stopped, it works again.
I write it here and not for Easy Effects as I wrote my own audio program that monitors audio (with SDL), and that correctly can monitor with Easy Effects running.
App version is 0.4.3 on Artix linux.

I have the same issue with Easy Effects disrupting SongRec too. And it goes away when Easy Effects is exited. Could this be related: wwmm/easyeffects#4517

Unchecking Process all input/output streams in Preferences/Audio solved the problem.

turning off "Process all input streams" alone does the trick for me.

Easy Effects messes with the default source.. somehow. At least that was the problem for me.
The fix was to reassign the default source to the easyeffects_sink.monitor before listening to it.
If you don't insist in using the gui:

In my case, when "Process all input streams" is enabled, SongRec tries to listen to "Easy Effects Source" output exclusively. Even if choosing different listening input in GUI.
