How can server cancel the long time MCP tool call request in time when client gone or disconnected?

For example, in gin ctx, there is a ctx.Writer.CloseNotify that we can know the client connection has gone away.
Is there anyway in mcp-go we can do the similiar action to listen the client gone away action and stop the long time operation in time?
