[SSE server][Security] How do we secure a minimum an mcp server using SSE transport ?

First of all, thank you very much for this package. Very useful and easy to start with.

I'm looking for the way to secure an mcp SSE server.

I thought using "WithHeaders" to pass a custom API key, but this option is not available with SSE server.
I can't understand how the hooks could help in this task, regarding the parameters received by the handling func.

How to manage it ?
I can't understand the way but looking at the readme, the code or the examples.
