bcryptfrom 4.1.3 to 5.0.0 to add Python 3.14 and Windows ARM support and enforce the 72‑byte password limit. This drops Python 3.7 andhashpwnow raises ValueError for passwords >72 bytes.bcrypt.hashpw, or handleValueError; update tests that assumed silent truncation.Written for commit 68ebb4d.
