Node, PM2 not added to Path

What need to be added to Path enviroment variables? I'm using Node and PM2 as standalone applications and they not added to Path. Can this library work without adding Node and PM2 to Path enviroment variables?

Just like PM2, install as admin and everything will work
I'm using on windows 10 (20H2)
