[BUG] Match UI Inconsistencies

The issues

• Match Options, the Match type comes in lower case, but the existing comes up differently.

• There is some inconsistency with Reduce, were existing reduce matchrules show up as Address - Reduce and when we add a new one it shows up as Reduce: Address - exact
