Offset uniform not working on my device.

For my samsung galaxy A15, the offset uniform used for live wallpapers doesn't work. Its always (0,0) when in the editor (which is fine). However when its set as the wallpaper, its always (.5, .5).

This feature worked on my previous phone (a redmi) and im not sure if its a setting/permission i have to change on my side or if it's broken.
